Booking and rent
Once you have found a property that you would like to rent, you need to book the accommodation usually within 7 days. Generally a minimum of 25% deposit of the rent shall be paid at the time of booking. However, we are working with partners where the reservation is only 10000 baht. The payment vary by long-term or if shot term rental. The deposit be refunded upon check-out. The rent is to be paid in cash upon check-in. Payment of rent by long-term rental takes place over several payments. We are in contact with you during the entire process.
Payment money transfer lease:
Downpayment/deposit is transferred to partners/agents in Hua Hin or direct to privat owners . Payment can be done by creditcard by mail which we mail to you with booking. Payment can also be done by banktransfer. Price for creditcard payment is about 3%. Price for banktransfer is your countries transferfee, and thaibank fee about 450 baht for receiving transfer. Once the transfer of payment has started you must email us and attach the receipt of the transfer; except by creditcard payment Attach also picture of the passport . Contract will be maid and mailed to you for your aproval.
Rent stay check-in check-out:
Check-in is carried out together with you and agent. There will be handed over the keys. Power and water will be read and you will receive a copy of the reading. The remaining amount must be paid and you will receive a receipt. Property is presented. You will receive the contact information of the agent. IMPORTANT: Remember to try out everything in your property at check in; Internet, hot water, toilet, light, etc. Check the bedding and towels in all bedrooms make sure that there is enough kitchen equipment, chairs etc for the number of people who have rented the property. Notify us and agent immediately if defects are discovered. IMPORTANT: Always Contact us at the same time as contacting agent. It is usually not enough to contact in reception when renting a condo in condominium. Please always contact us and agent. Agent/us can also be contacted for general assistance in connection with the lease. We are available here from Denmark and the broker on the spot. At the check-out property is checked with agent and the deposit is be paid back if property is in same condition as check in. Consumption of electricity and water is checked and deducted from deposit.
