It is very important for us to be in contact with ouer costumers; before, during and after your stay in rentet property by us.
Agent will meet you at the property for check in. House will be checked and water/electric readings are carried out. Contact info of agent is informed to client. Local agent will be in contact with client during stay in property and for check out.
You can always contact us in Hua Hin by mail or phone. You can also contact us in Denmark by mail or phone. This means that you always have backup for contacting us. Also you will benefit from timedifference of 5-6 hours by being able to contact us in Denmark after “closing time” in Hua Hin. Ouer online contact service will therfor be at your service for 20-24 hours dayly.
Transport:
We can arrange transport between Bangkok airport and property in Hua Hin . Local agent and us will be in contact with you for the transport. Driver will meet you in Airport at informed meetingpoint, which normally is gate 3 or 4. Driver hold sign of agency/owner or your name.
Prices for one way are:
Car for 2-3 persons 1800- 2200 baht, Car for 3-4 persons 2200- 2500 baht, Car for 6-8 persons 3000-3500 baht
Cleaning:
Final cleaning is always mandatory. Its often include in rentalprice. Final cleaning is mostly include loundry of towels and bedsheets.
Exstra cleaning can be done by request of client. Exstra cleaning can also include loundry of towels and bedsheets.
Prices of cleaning depends of size of house and number of people. But avarage price for a 3 bedroom house with 6 persons is about 1500 – 2000 bah. As a guidline price is about 500 baht for each bedroom.
Loundry service:
Can be provided at request of client. There will be a fee for pick up and delivery. But prices for cleaning will be as the prices in loundry shops in Hua Hin.
Maidservice:
Can be provided at request of client. Prices depends on size of house and number of people. Price for
maidservice for 8 hours in a 3 bedroom house with 6 persons starts from 3000 baht. Price vary according to number of people, size of property and period of maidservice. Discount if longer period.
Trips tours and golf:
We would like to arrange for your holiday. We can mail you package according to your request. Just mail to us what you would us to arrange ; Action, temples, sport, golf, sightseeing, shopping tours, daytrip with privat driver, etc.. We will do ouer best to find right solution for your wishes.
